We pride ourselves in our technologies and experienced teams of sales and after-sales service personnel, they are able to get to know our customers intimately, listen to their needs and provide our excellent service.

We deliver products to customer in a timely manner. After order is placed, delivery date will be confirmed and informed to customer. In general, standard heatexchangers will be sent to customer within 30days. We will send emails or reports as soon as possible to let customers know the production progress.

Tube and fin material cutting → fixing fins onto tubes → assembling of finned tube and shell → mechanical expansion connecting / welding → pressure testing → shaping → surface treatment and coating → labeling and packaging → ready to ship

Before leaving the factory, all our heat exchangers will be subjected to pressure test by means of water pressure or air pressure, and increased pressure will be retained for 20 to 30 minutes to guarantee that there is no leakage. And then the tested product will be further processed to optimize its coordination and processing condition before being conveyed to next process.

Sunmo’s excellent after-sales service staff will provide customer with technical support and assist them in installation, operation and maintenance of heat exchangers. Besides, user manual with detailed instructions will also be provided to customer for their better convenience. We will regularly track customer’s project operation and rapidly respond to the specific needs of our customers within 24 hours.

The stable performance of our heat transfer equipment has been proved by practical use and is particularly appreciated by our cooperative customers. If any failure occurs, we will deal with it as follows:

• We will respond to customer via Email within 24 hours, or communicate with customers through video call.
• Our technician will assist and guide the customer to find out what causes the failure.
• If the issue is caused by improper operation of human factors, we will guide customers online to solve the problem.
• If it is confirmed that any part is damaged, our maintenance personnel will arrive atcustomer’s site as soon as possible to solve the problem by repairing or replacing the part, helping customer to reduce downtime.
